Five people have been arrested in connection with the twin suicide bomb attacks on two churches in Pakistan in March.

The attacks at the gates of St John’s Catholic Church and Christ Church in Youhanbad on March 15 resulted in at least 17 people being killed and hundreds more being injured
Police and the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) have now arrested five people on suspicion of facilitating the attacks after they raided a house in Lahore.

It is thought that officers also seized a haul of weapons and explosives during the raid, and that those arrested belong to the Tahreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
