| Kidnapped Christian girl returned to her family after 10 years
A Christian girl who was abducted and forced to marry a Muslim man has returned to her family after 10 years. Nadia was just 15 years old when she was taken from the largely Catholic village of Marriamabad. Nadia’s parents turned to the police for help but as is often the case, they were intimidated by the kidnapper and instead levelled threats against the parents.
Later, when her parents learned that Nadia had been forced to marry Muslim man Maqsood Ahmed, they went again to the police and this time a First Information Report was registered against him. More | Muslim landlord accuses Christian tenant of blasphemy

More | Please pray for Ruqqiya Bibi
We continue to support Ruqqiya Bibi as she fights to clear her name. Ruqqiya is in prison serving a 25-year sentence for blasphemy after being found guilty of defiling the Koran by supposedly touching it with unwashed hands. She is yet another victim of the unjust blasphemy laws wreaking havoc in the lives of ordinary Christians in Pakistan. Ruqqiya is appealing the sentence and a hearing has been fixed in the High Court for 25 January. Please pray that the judge will be guided by truth and acquit Ruqqiya.
